Background & Experience

I have over 20 years of experience in IT, spanning infrastructure, security, identity, cloud architecture and technical delivery. I have worked with organisations of all sizes across public and private sectors, delivering everything from strategic roadmaps to hands-on technical implementation.

I hold multiple Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Cybersecurity Architect Expert, and I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer. I regularly speak, write and share practical guidance on Microsoft 365 security, identity and endpoint topics.
